Working as a member of the wider Campaign & Experiences team, Event coordinator will focus on supporting different phases of execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. The Event coordinator should manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the event activities.

Your key responsibilities

As part of the Campaign & Experiences Team, your main responsibilities would be:

• Collaborate virtually with the German EY Events & Marketing teams
• Administrative activities before, during and after events
• Creation of online registration sites, building landing pages in marketing tools, EY Event Apps and usage of virtual event platforms
• Administrative support in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Preparing & launching of marketing campaigns in Marketo
• Maintaining EY-databases
• Being part of the core project team - planning, coordination and execution of the required logistics
• Efficient use of methodologies, EY tools and databases and constant development in digital solutions
• Be aware of quality/visibility and consistency of the EY Brand in events and campaigns
• Technical support
• On-site support, when required

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent German and very good English
• Analytical mindset
• Tech-savvy
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail and proactive approach to make the project succeed
• Experience working in a team environment handling corporate events (business meetings/events)
• Professional and diplomatic communicator
• Reactivity and ability to manage emergency, think out of the box and adapt to last minute changes and business dynamics
• Understand of business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvements
• Experienced user in MS Office and fair knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies for marketing
