Junior Master Data Specialist with German (w/m/d)
Workplace: Katowice

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

• ■Handling Master Data creation and modification requests from TÜV Rheinland Group world-wide
• ■Current Maintenance of Master Data related to Business Partners including Customer, Vendors and Contact Persons
• ■Support and guide Master Data requestors (internal customers) ensuring a smooth and efficient application process
• ■Ensure Master Data overall quality through systematic data cleansing program
• ■Deliver the service according to the agreed SLAs regarding timeliness and quality
• ■Provide relevant Master Data reports as required and according to the authorization schedules

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• ■Very good command of English and German (min. B1/B2)
• ■University graduate with at least one year working experience
• ■Thorough, conscientious, attentive to detail
• ■Some analytical skills will be an advantage
• ■Structured in thinking and communication, used to working with formalised processes
• ■Good balance of individual contribution and team working habits
