Junior Order Handling Professional with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer requests in Salesforce
• Managing cases in Salesforce by creating them, enriching details, and assigning tickets to the appropriate queues
• Checking requests against production planning
• Communicating results to customers and closing cases once resolved
• Sending order confirmations upon request
• Supporting order changes, including cancellations and postponements
• Checking order confirmations using the AB-Monitor
• Requesting proof of delivery

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Ideally, some initial professional experience (e.g. internships) in Customer Service
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• Good English skills
• Basic experience in SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast learner
