(Entry-level)

In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR Administration support to our German-speaking employees, ensuring great colleague-experience, accuracy and efficiency.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver HR administrative support to colleagues including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation related to the employee life-cycle
• Provide information and resolution to employees questions and issues via emails in a timely and professional manner, providing high-quality support
• Maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR Administration policies, practices and procedures

What you need to have:

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required
• Willingness to work with HR documentation and excellent attention to detail
• Experience in HR Administration/HR Services/Operations or Administration
• Good command of English
• Willingness to develop within the field of HR Administration
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

You would be an outstanding candidate if you have :

• Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday
• Experience using Case Management software (ex. ServiceNow)
• Understanding of German labour law legislation
