Your key responsibilities

• Capturing and maintaining opportunities, ne projects in the dedicated system;
• Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
• Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting;
• Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
• Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
• Creation of interfirm statements;

Skills and attributes for success

• You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality is one of your strong side

To qualify for the role, you must have

• You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
• You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications and organizational skills

You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism while day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners
