About the job

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing accounting records and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Processing purchase invoices and ensuring timely, efficient payment of all creditor
• Handling and reporting relevant tax data, financial accruals, and reversals
• Managing audit requests and supporting internal controls
• Responding to Accounts Payable inquiries

About you

A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in a relevant field
• One to two years of experience in an international setting is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• "Getting things done" and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and German in speaking and writing
