Junior Recruiter with German (full-cycle recruiting)

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiter with German, you are responsible for:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HRBPs
• Sourcing candidates and helping build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Screening applications, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate conversations
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and coordination
• Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous process improvements

About our future employee

You should speak fluent German (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) and have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting. We are also open to considering less experienced candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Proactive, organized and service-oriented mindset
• Genuine interest in recruiting and working with people
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
