Junior / Specialist / Senior Specialist for HR Support Services with English and German

Your mission will be:

• Support employees with HR applications.
• Answer user queries about HR processes (evaluation, development, and training).
• Communicate via email and phone in English and German.
• Analyze data accuracy, workflows, and reporting issues.
• Create training materials and conduct employee training.
• Collaborate effectively in international teams.
• Manage user permissions.

What We Expect:

• Secondary/University education.
• Advanced knowledge of German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (customer service).
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
