Tsvetan Tomov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Ensuring high availability of applications and services for A1 Group.
Ensuring regular reporting on the usage, availability, and reliability of applications and services.
24x7 support for applications and services.
Incident resolution, including problem analysis, root cause identification, and reporting of causes and solutions for both global system issues and individual issues affecting internal and external users.
Implementation of monitoring and alerting procedures for services and applications, including availability and performance monitoring.
Implementation, testing, and approval of changes in production environments, as well as deployment of new applications and services.
Implementation of automation and process improvements, including procedures that increase team and department efficiency.
Active participation in the design of new services in cooperation with development departments and external partners.

We'll know you can make it if you have:

Fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.

Knowledge and experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Contact Center platforms (AVAYA, Cisco, Genesys or others).
SIP, RTP, VoIP fundamentals.
ACD, IVR, CTI, skill-based routing, and workforce management basics.
Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, SMS, social) and channel integration.
CRM and business application integrations.
APIs, webhooks, and middleware for integrations.
Telephony components: SBCs, media servers, gateways, trunks.
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, QoS, routing, firewall rules.

Nice to Have:

Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving under pressure.
Clear communication with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Project management abilities and capability to lead or coordinate implementations.
Willingness to learn and develop.
