About this Role

We are seeking a German-speaking L&D professional to deliver impactful learning experiences that build functional capabilities across teams. The role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, identifying capability gaps, and supporting colleagues through coaching and development initiatives, while contributing to high-quality training outcomes and operational excellence

What you'll do

• Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions using a range of methods such as digital tools, in-person training, and coaching approaches.
• Act as a development consultant, promoting the adoption of learning platforms such as Vodafone University.
• Adapt and localise learning content to meet specific business and cultural requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver learning priorities and initiatives.
• Work closely with HR shared services teams to support training administration and enablement.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders including HR, business teams, and global L&D colleagues.
• Identify learning needs through audits and provide insights to functional experts.
• Track and report on training progress and learner performance.
• Deliver upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce capability growth.
• Monitor training outcomes and highlight gaps to improve training-to-performance conversion.
• Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to enhance learner performance and engagement.
• Work flexibly across rotational shifts, including early and late hours as required.

Who you are

• A learning professional with experience in delivering training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and building strong professional relationships.
• Skilled in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning experiences.
• Able to understand organisational strategy and align learning initiatives accordingly.
• Knowledgeable in coaching techniques and adult learning principles, with relevant certifications considered beneficial.
• Experience as a language instructor or in multilingual training environments is advantageous.
