Lead to Cash (AR) Accountant (German Speaker)

We invite you to join our Accounts Receivable Accounting Team ensuring timely and accurate service delivery for transactions as well as compliance with service delivery standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day AR operations and issue identification, evaluation, and resolution for the German and UK/I markets.

Responsibilities:

• Working in an AR team within a culture of accountability and collaboration to produce best-in-industry results
• Provide strategic financial advice to cross-functional teams and management
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure a cohesive approach to financial management
• Oversee customer credit processes, collections, and rebates management to optimize cash flow and mitigate risks
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Maintaining an audit trail and responding to inquiries from auditors
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend remediation to strengthen the control environment in financial and operational areas

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in AR accounting area
• Knowledge of the key AR processes
• Fluent English language skills
• Good German language skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel (Preferred SAP)
• Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail

Salary ranges from 2600 to 3000 euro gross depending on your experience.
