Legal Compliance & Commissioning Coordinator

Therole holder plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless introduction of new EV charging sites into the company's portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of new charging locations, managing payments tied to variable site leases, and ensuring full legal and documentation compliance of all newly activated sites.

The role holder also plans, coordinates and controls the timely and correct implementation of all planned preventive maintenance activities to ensure legal compliance.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, especially district retail managers, and external stakeholders to ensure each site meets operational, financial, and legal standards.

In this role You will:

• Legal and Documentation Compliance
• Manage the collection, review, and filing of all required legal and contractual documentation upon site activation.
• Plan, monitor and control ppm activities and related documents with relevant suppliers
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Asset Management teams to ensure contracts, permits, and documentation are complete and stored properly.
• Conduct periodic audits of site documents and legal files to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Asset Management to ensure timely and accurate payments to landlords or partners.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with district managers of the retail business to ensure compliance with site-level agreements and alignment with broader business goals.
• Serve as a key point of contact between Operations, Legal, Finance, and Retail District Management teams.
• Communicate progress updates and relevant issues with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

What You will need to be successful:

• Preferred education in Law or Economics or equivalent relevant working experience could be considered
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong understanding of legal documentation processes and compliance standards.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or property leasing is a strong plus.
