Logistics / Order Handling Specialist with German (f/m/d)

Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics / Order Handling Specialist with German language to join our international order management / logistics center in one of our businesses.

In this role, you'll primarily handle customer orders for products and systems, assist with logistics operations, and contribute to building a shared services delivery model.

You'll create impact by:

• Processing orders in the system (SAP)
• Phone and e-mail contact with customers
• Close cooperation with various internal departments, external stakeholders, suppliers and logistics service providers
• Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
• Handling warranty and return process
• Actively proposing process improvements

Your defining qualities:

• Commercial / business-related education
• Fluent written and verbal communication in German and good level of English
• Practical experience or background in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Hands-on experience in material planning / disposition, ideally combined with order management, inventory management and supplier coordination
• Good SAP knowledge
• Experience with Power BI / dashboards and reporting is a nice plus
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders and drive operational topics independently
• Proactive support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Affinity for AI, automation and process improvements - nice to have
• You're a team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with different functions and interfaces
