About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Communication Specialist with German to support marketing, communication, and event-related activities across an international environment. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to contribute to impactful campaigns, coordinate multiple initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external communication activities across different channels.
• Assist in the organization of events, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
• Create and update communication materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and impact.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across communication channels.

Requirements

• First experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internship or 1-3 years of experience).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Campaign mindset, with the ability to connect different communication channels to maximize impact.
• German & English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing or event management tools.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization.

Location: Remote within Bulgaria, Poland, Romania or the Czech Republic
