- Design campaigns with impact: As part of a dedicated and global marketing team, you will be responsible for strategic campaign communication (PR/content marketing) together with other colleagues.
- Design and implementation from a single source: From creative conception to detailed planning and budgeting to successful implementation, you develop effective campaigns and communication concepts that convey our core messages in a targeted manner and sustainably strengthen our brand and awareness.
- Sparring partner for our experts: In close collaboration with the various departments of our consultancy, you will proactively advise them and work with them to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs that are precisely tailored to their target markets (primarily D-A-CH) and trending topics.
- Content is king (and queen!): Together with the specialist departments, you define strategic topics that optimally support our positioning. You translate these into compelling formats (success stories, specialist articles, blog posts, etc.) and post them on the relevant channels (trade media, industry forums, social media, our own platforms).
- Data-driven optimization: By analyzing your marketing measures based on defined key figures, you create meaningful reports and use them to derive continuous optimization approaches.
- Content lifecycle management: You will work hand in hand with the digital marketing, CRM, internal communications and design teams to ensure a consistent and effective content strategy across all channels and to optimize the user journey. You enjoy working with digital systems.
Your Profile
- A flair for languages: You have an excellent feel for language and always strike the right tone. English and German are both feel-good languages for you.
- Experience in B2B marketing: You have at least three years of professional experience in marketing for B2B companies (ideally on the corporate side or in an agency).
- Sound education: You have successfully completed your studies or training in marketing, communication sciences, business administration or a comparable field.
- Content & Mix-Master: You are an expert in content marketing and marketing communication and have a strong command of the marketing mix.
- Industry knowledge (an advantage): Ideally, you have already gained experience in the consulting and/or IT environment.
- SEO mindset: You understand the basics of search engine optimization and know how to write targeted web content.
- Enthusiasm for technology: You are interested in IT, management, trends and technology topics.
- Strong communication skills at all levels: You interact confidently with internal and external customers, stakeholders and management contacts.
- Your soft skills: You are a team player, have strong organizational skills, are committed, work independently, are detail-oriented and quality-focused, and bring a high level of creativity to your work.
