Location: Budapest (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and disputes via phone and written communication
- Own and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution within defined service levels
- Resolve complex claims and returns in line with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Logistics) to investigate and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate case registration, classification, and documentation to support reporting and root cause analysis
- Manage related documentation (credit/debit notes, returns) while ensuring compliance with approval workflows and internal controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and automation projects
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or O2C operations, ideally within Pharma or FMCG
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP (preferably S/4HANA)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
