To support this growth, we're looking for a highly structured and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. This will be our fourth hire in Pristina, working closely with the team in Pristina and colleagues across Europe.

Role Overview

• As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding and structuring customer data in our systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality data, faster go-lives, and a smooth onboarding experience for our customers.
• You'll work closely with Customer Success and Support and report directly to our Head of Customer Success.
• Your work will directly contribute to:
• Faster onboarding and go-live times through structured and efficient data processing Higher data quality in the Agriplace platform
• Reduced workload for Customer Success & Support, allowing them to focus more on customer relationships and value creation

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard client supply chain data into Simvia systems using Excel templates and internal tools
• Upload and organize client documentation (certificates, audit reports, compliance documents)
• Validate, clean, and structure data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and proactively follow up with customers or internal teams
• Support the customer-facing onboarding process through clear communication Occasionally assist with support tasks during peak periods

Job Requirements

• Strong ability to work structured and independently for extended periods
• Solid experience with Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting, formulas; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a big plus)
• Excellent attention to detail, structured and a strong sense of ownership
• Perfect English and German both written and spoken. Nice to have: additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, or other EU languages Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
• Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks while maintaining focus. Clear, friendly, and professional communicator

Work Setup

Location: Pristina, Kosovo

Hybrid way of working - office in Pristina for 3 days per week

Hours: Full-time preferred
