Your role

You will be a key point of contact for requisitioners and business colleagues, helping them navigate purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and identify the right purchasing channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing shopping carts to ensure correct product categories, preferred suppliers, prices, agreements, and catalogue availability
• Managing and supporting purchase order execution, including catalogue-related activities
• Collecting and evaluating supplier quotes in line with procurement procedures and proposing options to the business
• Creating work orders and supporting sourcing activities in collaboration with Sourcing teams and Category Managers
• Supporting end users in German and English by guiding them on purchasing procedures and handling supplier-related complaints

Your qualifications

We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar field
• Professional experience in a global organization, preferably within procurement or customer service,
• Good knowledge of business processes and an ability to apply procedures accurately in day-to-day work
• Knowledge of SAP and ticketing system would be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German

As a person, you are action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. You communicate effectively, build trust with stakeholders, and stay focused on delivering results.
