In this role, you will support the end-to-end order management process, ensuring customer orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered on time. You will collaborate with sales offices, factories, and internal partners across Europe to provide excellent customer support and maintain a seamless customer experience while contributing to Emerson's commitment to innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently through business and ERP systems.
• • Ensure complete and timely entry of multi-business unit orders while supporting trade compliance requirements.
• • Generate order acknowledgements and maintain accurate order documentation.
• • Monitor order progress and coordinate with factories to support on-time and complete delivery.
• • Act as a key point of contact for Sales Offices, providing timely updates on order status, delays, and resolutions.
• • Respond promptly to inquiries related to active orders and customer requirements.
• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• • Manage order-related data and support data quality initiatives.
• • Handle shared mailbox activities, ensuring requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in order administration, order management, customer service, or a similar administrative environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with German language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard business systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems or other order processing platforms.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
