Join us as an Order Management Office Manager and become the backbone of our team's daily operations. You'll be the key player in administrative coordination, communication, and event organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be central to fostering collaboration across departments, making you the go-to person for seamless team support.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Administrative Support: You will manage daily tasks like scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management, directly supporting the Head of Order Management and the OM management team.
• Delegation: Proactively delegate tasks and track progress to ensure deadlines are met and workloads are balanced.
• Meeting Moderation: Organize, moderate, and document team meetings, ensuring agendas are followed and action items are tracked.
• SharePoint & Yammer Management: Keep team SharePoint sites updated and create engaging Yammer posts to keep everyone informed.
• Event Organization & Media: Plan internal events and create high-quality photo and video content for communications and social media.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: A university degree or equivalent experience in administration is nice to have.
• Languages: You are proficient in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel, with experience in SharePoint.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Initiative & Team Spirit: Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility
