We are now looking for a Specialist Order Management, German Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you'll do

• Manage customer orders and quotations efficiently, ensuring smooth production, delivery and billing processes
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, processing and confirmation
• Check orders for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service offerings
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the order management process
• Cooperate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely order handling
• Maintain relevant master data, including material and packaging material data
• Support the development and implementation of effective order management ways of working
• Participate in internal projects and contribute to implementing future ways of working
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and daily operations

Who you are

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management or a similar field
• You have experience with order management tools, such a SAP or Salesforce
• You communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships and working across teams
• You have a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and cooperating with multiple teams
• You have excellent written and spoken German
• You have good written and spoken English

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
