Job Description

Job title:
In this Supply Chain team you act as the point of contact for our customers (distributors in DACH market) and manage orders for Health System products.

Your role:

• Responsible for taking care of end to end ordering process
• Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc)
• Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers)
• Using SAP and German language
• Hybrid model of work (2 days in the office) with the support of an amazing team

You're the right fit if:

• You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic
• You know German and English on B2 level.
• You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
