Order Management Specialist with German (Swiss Market)

What part will you play?

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be at the center of the customer journey, ensuring seamless execution of the entire order process while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

How you'll contribute:

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, order clarification, delivery follow-up, and invoicing.
• Monitor automated workflows and identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations.
• Track deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and order-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, export control requirements, and customs regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements and help maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

What sets you up for success:

• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a BPO environment is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
• Knowledge of an additional Central or Eastern European languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Very good MS Office skills and overall digital confidence.
