Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (f/m/d)

For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an initiative, detail-oriented person with excellent analytical skills at the position: Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Order to Cash process and manage accounts receivable, including bank statements and invoicing
• Ensure timely collection by coordinating with departments and communicating with clients
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and send payment reminders
• Maintain and update bookkeeping records, databases, and spreadsheets
• Help reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve on-time receivables through proactive collection efforts

Your Qualification

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with prior experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Independent, adaptable, and a positive team player
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
