Title: Full Stack Developer (German Speaking)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-native development, and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs, along with fluent German and English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Build scalable solutions using TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Develop cloud-native applications and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in solution design, estimations, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Follow coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • TypeScript
  • Ruby on Rails
  • Vue.js
  • GraphQL
  • REST APIs & Microservices
  • Cloud-Native Development
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance technology platforms.
• Insurance domain knowledge (P&C, Life, or General Insurance).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and containerization.
• Customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.
