About this role

As our Paid Search Specialist for the German market, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing our Paid Search (SEA) campaigns. With your expertise in automation and bid management, you will directly contribute to our company's growth.

We're looking for someone who brings a strong "test and learn" mindset, is always up-to-date with the latest innovations, and uses their analytical skills to continuously identify and leverage new growth opportunities.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Paid Search strategies for the German market, aligned with our business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), with a special focus on feed-based campaigns.
• Bid Management & Automation: Manage and optimize bid strategies, particularly using tools like SA360, and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency.
• Testing & Innovation: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Proactively monitor and implement the latest trends and innovations in the Paid Search field.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify performance drivers, optimization potential, and new growth opportunities. Create meaningful reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely and align with our central Growth Marketing Team and the Local Market Teams.

What will you bring to the table?

• Professional experience in Paid Search / SEA with a focus on the German market.
• Solid experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Profound knowledge of bid management tools, especially SA360. Experience with reporting tools (eg. Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Practical experience in implementing and using automation solutions in Paid Search and feed-based campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities and performance optimization.
• A proactive "test and learn" mentality and a willingness to try new approaches and technologies. Always curious about the latest innovations in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in dealing with various stakeholders and the ability to explain complex issues understandably.
• A high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working.
