Partner Strategy Analyst German Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Strategy Analyst for the German Market to help us support and scale our Strategic Partnerships team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving the growth and scalability of our Partner business, you'll be in charge of developing strategic initiatives, building scalable processes, and driving data-informed decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop new ideas with AI that will move the needle and execute them effectively, such as new Go-To-Market actions partners motion
• Own the reporting to management team of the partners in order to give visibility and suggest new initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions

What are we looking for?

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German. French, Italian or Spanish is a nice to have.
