At Factorial, we're looking for a new Partner Success Manager German Market to join our Customer Success & Partner DACH Teams and help us boost the company to the next level.

Our partners are HR Consultants, IT Consultants, and more, who introduce Factorial's HR solutions to their clients. When our partners are successful, so are we. As a Partner Success Manager German Market, you'll ensure our partners have everything they need to thrive with Factorial.

The Role

• Onboard and support our DACH partners with all enabling resources, from demo accounts to sales collateral, via video calls and email, ensuring Factorial's products integrate smoothly into their business processes.
• Act as a bridge between our partners and internal teams like Product, Strategy & Partnerships, and Customer Success, relaying feedback and improvement points to help refine our software for the German market.
• Provide ongoing training for partners to help them understand Factorial's features and best practices, enabling them to deliver seamless solutions to their clients.
• Troubleshoot issues for partners, ensuring quick solutions for any technical or operational problems that arise.

• Problem Solver: You have a knack for identifying issues and finding solutions quickly.
• Reliable & Efficient: Partners know they can count on you to address their needs effectively.
• Proactive and Self-driven: You take initiative to anticipate partner needs, ensuring their smooth experience with Factorial.
• Bilingual: You're a native German speaker with strong English skills to collaborate across teams.
