The role
As a Partner Success Specialist in the Existing Business Team, you will be a crucial part of our success and growth. This role is focused solely on our German partners and future partners, and requires a native German speaker who is also fluent in English. You will drive significant revenue growth by maximising product adoption, and therefore user growth, within a portfolio of highly strategic partners, particularly post-launch. Our future growth and success as a company is based upon how well we help our partners make full use of our solution and reach their strategic business goals.

What you will do

• Work hand-in-hand with Partner Account Managers: In partnership with the PAM, take responsibility for growing the relationship to achieve business milestones, both for the partner and for Findity, including regular in-person visits
• Proactive Product Enhancement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and initiatives that address the needs of your German partners, working closely with our product and integration teams to facilitate broader and deeper product adoption
• Comprehensive Product Training: Provide ongoing, targeted product training to partner teams (sales, support, onboarding, product owners), with a focus on how effective product use translates to revenue growth
• Implement Enhancements for Adoption: Orchestrate the deployment of new features, integrations and other product enhancements, tailored to the specific needs of each partner, making full use of the tools available to you, including AI

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a scale-up environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in partner success or partner management, with a track record of growing revenue by driving product adoption within existing partners (not only maintaining relationships)
• A results-driven mindset focused on ARR growth through product adoption and profitable partner relationships
• In-depth knowledge of the ecosystem to inspire confidence, tailor solutions and show how adoption drives revenue
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet your partners in person, which is a key part of the role
• Native German speaker, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
