People Services Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Provide HR Administration service including HR documents and HR reports preparation as well as updating HR system (Workday) across all HR processes and business units in a service center environment to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
• Handle and reply to HR queries via Service Now system.
• Be responsible for updating employee's file in archive
• Cooperate with managers, HR BP's and vendors for any HR related matters
• Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are achieved
• Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
• Implement new policies and ensure that Work Instructions are up to date

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or work experience
• Experience with Human Resources Process or customer service
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in working with Human Resource systems (Workday preferred)
• Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
• Must have attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to problem solving and analyze data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
