• Prepare and maintain management-level presentations (PowerPoint)
• Track project tasks, open points, and deliverables
• Maintain Jira and Confluence structures and ensure data quality
• Organize and moderate meetings with various stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder coordination in dynamic environments (factory ramp-up context)
• Support alignment between IT development processes and project execution
• Ensure structured and reliable follow-up on tasks, requirements and priorities

• Prior experience in consulting companies is mandatory.
• Strong background in PMO activities, stakeholder management and supporting complex IT/automotive projects
• Familiarity with agile project management methods (Scrum, SAFE)

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken in German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
