Your Responsibilities

• Processing and controlling quality and problem management tickets within the BMW quality environment
• Analysis of field, warranty, and quality-related data
• Support of the BMW Problem Management Process (PMP)
• Documentation and tracking of corrective actions and quality measures
• Creation of reports, analyses, and management presentations
• Supporting root cause analyses and problem-solving activities
• Collaboration with BMW stakeholders and Bertrandt teams in Germany
• Support of the customer feedback line ("Meldelinie") and problem management activities

Your Profile

• Degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, Aftersales, Warranty, or Technical Support is an advantage
• Strong analytical and structured way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• German language skills (minimum B2, preferably C1) are mandatory
• Good English language skills

• Quality and problem management processes
• 8D methodology
• 5 Why
• Ishikawa / Fishbone Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis
• Warranty and field data analysis
• Automotive quality systems
