Process Modeler with German

Come and join our Procurement and Supply Management team, where we ensure seamless sourcing and purchasing of materials and services for aircraft maintenance. From inventory planning to supplier and contract management, we keep the supply chain efficient, reliable, and aligned with the highest standards.

• Maintain and update process visualizations and organizational charts in the process management tool in line with internal standards and methodologies
• Ensure process content is available in both English and German using the integrated translation tool
• Manage and update documentation within the integrated document management system (DMS)
• Maintain and update process management roles within the system

• A university degree or relevant professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management, or industrial engineering
• Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• A precise, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, along with a proactive, creative, and highly engaged mindset
• A sense of ownership, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with process management tools (e.g., ARIS) is an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
