We have an opportunity for a ProgramControls Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest,where you will support all Project Controls requirements for Building Automation projects as a productive team member by participating in all project stages.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains project cost and schedule tools used by BA to accurately measure, forecast and track project-related work, and associated timely delivery of these products, including resource planning.
• Works closely with project management, contract management, engineering, and construction personnel to define detailed measurement and scheduling criteria.
• Assists, and sometimes takes lead, in producing and maintaining project schedules and associated deliverables tracking and project S curves.
• Works with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintains the change log/variance log in PPM (Cora System).
• Works with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management) to report both project and program forecasts.
  Performs project cost risk analysis for developing project contingency budgets and maintains run down curves for continued project cost risk assessment.
• Manages the receivables & payables balance on allocated projects.
• Work isusually office based but depending on individual project requirements theposition may require occasional travel to and / or work in client facilities orremote construction locations.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

• Applicable projectmanagement/controls experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplined projects (engineering, software development, construction, and procurement)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and advanced intermediate in Excel specifically
• Fluent in German and English language is a must.
• Experience in presenting project cost and schedule data to both project teams and upper management.
