Program Manager Learning & Development with German

Your role

Are you passionate about professional development and high-quality learning standards? We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our global team at UBS University. In this pivotal position, you will oversee and advance innovative learning and development programs for our client-facing staff in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual planning, design, and execution of learning initiatives.
• Manage reporting and evaluation processes for all learning programs.
• Ensure effective delivery of programs through the Operations team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learning programs, working closely with senior HR, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to create multilingual learning materials that align with regulatory and business needs.
• Create engaging and educational multilingual learning materials with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to meet regulatory and business needs.

Your team

You'll be working in the global team of the UBS University. We provide learning solutions for all relevant areas across the bank. Our services include evaluating our clients' learning needs, designing and delivering development solutions and organizing set-up and roll-out of learning programs. Being a member of our team, you'll play an important role in enabling our employees to grow in their careers. Your expertise

• Experience in managing learning and development programs, ideally in international financial services environment
• Able to work independently
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels
• Skilled at networking regionally and globally
• Strong affinity towards new technologies and AI
• Experienced project/program manager
• Fluent in German and English, French or Italian a plus
• Banking and Finance background preferred
