You'll Supporting Meaningful Work By:
- Managing all operational aspects of customer projects from initial requirements and design coordination through quoting, order entry, logistics, and installation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, dealers, and service providers to ensure successful project execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Coordinating end-to-end bid and quotation activities, including pricing, order management, product lead times, and third-party product requirements.
- Collaborating with sales, design, finance, pricing, logistics, and operations teams to align project deliverables and customer expectations.
- Providing product expertise and recommending solutions that balance customer needs, operational capabilities, and profitability goals.
- Monitoring project progress through reporting tools, KPI tracking, action plans, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing outcomes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level or higher).
- Experience in a customer-facing environment such as project management, sales support, customer service, account management, operations, marketing, or related field.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including working with pricing, margins, discounts, quotations, or profitability-related decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting B2B accounts and complex project environments.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, project management, or bid management tools such as Salesforce, SAP ERP, Concept Office, MS Project, or similar platform.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of design, space planning, furniture products, CAD tools, or related solution development.
- Experience developing project plans, process documentation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
