Deine Aufgaben:

• Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Kundenanfragen
• Erste Ansprechperson für inhaltliche und prozessbezogene Fragen
• Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitung und Trainingsteam
• Mitwirkung bei Schulungen und Wissensaufbau im Team
• Du unterstützt Mitarbeitende gezielt bei ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
• Du stellst sicher, dass interne Richtlinien und Prozesse korrekt eingehalten werden

Das bringst du mit:

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung als Subject Matter Expert (SME) im BPO-Umfeld
• Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen Kundenanliegen und Eskalationen

We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert with German to join our team.

Job Description:

• Answer front-line calls for a minimum agreed period
• Conduct coaching sessions
• Provide in-line support
• Support the Performance Management team
• Act as a contact person for guideline violations
• Handle Supervisor Calls
• Lead quality discussions
• Manage back-office activities
• Implement mandate and refresher trainings
• Serve as a role model in the areas of information security, data protection, and occupational safety

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of proven relevant experience
• Fluency in German
• Good command of English (B2+ level is considered an advantage)
• Strong expertise in processes, tools, and technology
• High level of reliability and flexibility
• Quick learner with strong motivation
• Experience or training background is considered an advantage
• Exemplary professional behavior
• Helpful, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile
