Project/Program Management Analyst - German and English language

• Entering and maintaining order information in internal systems (WOT/SPOT) with high accuracy
• Managing entitlement records, solution set updates, and catalog changes
• Responding to account setup requests efficiently and accurately
• Generating reports (NSC) to support opportunity management and business operations
• Performing mass data updates, territory adjustments, and supporting various data entry tasks
• Creating and revising sales quotes; supporting quote-to-invoice lifecycle
• Managing account creation and PID setup in CWEB
• Assisting in order management and tracking follow-ups
• Supporting contract administration and renewal processes for hardware/software maintenance
• Coordinating with Inside Sales for customer communication and validation
• Updating entitlement and solution set data in RSIM, Vantive, and CSS
• Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in German and English language
• Demonstrated ability to handle projects effectively, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in project management
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure resource allocation
• Ability to negotiate within IT organizations and with vendors/clients
• Strong analytical skills and independent judgment in decision-making
• Team orientation
