About the Role

As a QA Specialist with German, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions delivered to our clients. You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities. Depending on the project, you will work in agile or traditional delivery environments and collaborate closely with customers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful releases.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on project and business requirements.
• Assess testability, support the definition of acceptance criteria, and contribute to quality assurance strategies.
• Design, execute, and document manual software tests.
• Support or perform test automation activities, including the development and execution of automated test scenarios.
• Analyze, document, and track defects while ensuring proper traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Evaluate test results and provide clear reporting on software quality and release readiness.
• Prepare and maintain user-facing and testing-related documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding test requirements, test results, and release planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on manual testing, test automation, or a combination of both.
• Good understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly while being an active and collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in dynamic project environments and adapting to changing priorities.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Good English language skills for collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience and/or understanding of testing for accessibility
• Experience with AI tools of testing
• Experience testing applications within CI/CD environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of API, integration, or end-to-end testing.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
• Experience working on international client projects.
