You can choose your Monday-Friday shift between 8a.m. - 8p.m.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying business needs and initiating relevant process improvements
• Developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions
• Translating business requirements into operational processes that minimize risk and improve quality
• Supporting Operational Team Leaders with process optimization and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinating and supporting cross-team and cross-department quality and/or process improvement initiatives of varying scope and complexity
• Carrying out, analyzing, and documenting processes relevant to quality and process improvement
• Leading and supporting projects, including specific tasks within client management and support
• Preparing and implementing client retention initiatives
• Supporting processes related to portfolio management and client onboarding
• Monitoring relevant numbers and key performance metrics (budgets, claim transfers, collection rates, and more)

You're a great fit if you have:

• Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
• A professional, service-oriented approach to working with customers
• Extensive experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes
• Experience in implementing, developing, or reviewing an internal control system (ICS)
• Strong technical understanding and experience with complex business systems, ideally in Fintech or Financial services
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborating with others
• Solid fundamental knowledge of data protection law (GDPR)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in receivables management and debt collection, ideally in a regulated environment, is a strong advantage.
• Manual software testing experience as a complementary skill
