Regional Marketing Mgr I

The Regional Marketing Manager I, LSG, is a business partner to the country commercial leader and regional marketing director, as well as other internal stakeholders (functional teams) to drive growth in a country, ensuring alignment with regional strategies while tailoring messaging to address local market needs. The Regional Marketing Manager I, Korea position is responsible for developing and support campaign related initiatives within our various global selling regions, with an understanding of the Bio-Rad LSG product portfolio and knowledge of the country's market environment. This role requires outstanding cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, outbound and regional marketing, the ability to build strong relationships with customers and advocate for them internally, and the ability to tailor growth programs based on customer and data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and input the regional marketing plan for Korea growth with a strong knowledge and understanding of the Bio-Rad portfolio and applications
• Lead and execute global and regional marketing strategies, working with Outbound Marketing, Global Product Management and Commercial teams.
• Plan and develop product launch, product life cycle management, and pricing.
• Provide sales tools and training on regional value propositions/messaging, adapted to local market needs
• Own country-demand gen KPIs and lead qualification, tracking performance
• Deliver competitive, market insights, market sizing and translate market intelligence/VOC into product

What You Bring

• BS/MS in Life science/biology or related field with 7+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or product management within the life science industry
• Strong customer-facing and field leadership experience
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Excellent presentation and communication with a cross-functional team
• Business-level English
