Regular/Senior Scrum Master (German Nice to Have)

Tech stack:

• Jira, Confluence, SAFe, Agile/Scrum

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (Regular) or 5+ years (Senior)
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a SAFe environment
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting Agile transformations
• German proficiency at B2 level or higher

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate and moderate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and business goals
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile ways of working
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Monitor team progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support their resolution
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership teams
