Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound call campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team.
• Manage and update the CRM meticulously to ensure seamless lead hand-off.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Ability to handle high call volumes consistently without losing enthusiasm.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline.
• A reliable remote work setup, including a high-speed internet connection and a professional headset.
• Previous experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Prior experience in a remote sales environment.
• A background in SaaS or B2B professional services.
