We are searching for a high-performing, self-motivated German-Speaking Sales Representative (Setter to Closer) to join our tight-knit operations. Operating as our initial dedicated sales professional, you will team up closely with the Founder, taking full charge of an engaged database of prospective clients and quickly transitioning toward closing premium financial consulting contracts.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Reactivation & Nurturing: Revive and engage an active reservoir exceeding 1,500 dormant and incoming leads across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone channels without undertaking cold outreach.
• Qualification & Discovery: Vet inbound and outbound prospects rigorously according to our established Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
• Pipeline Management: Secure 8-12 qualified discovery and strategy calls each week straight onto the calendar of the Founder.
• Closing High-Ticket Deals: Progress seamlessly from setting initial appointments to independently finalizing high-ticket consulting engagements valued between $5,000 and $15,000 USD.
• CRM Discipline: Uphold absolute cleanliness inside Close.io, direct deal progression stages, formulate automated follow-up sequences, and track key conversion metrics to safeguard against lead leakage.
• Post-Sale Handover: Coordinate effectively alongside operations teams to guarantee an effortless onboarding phase for freshly secured clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• Language Skills: C2 native-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken) alongside C1 fluent professional English.
• Sales Experience: 1+ to 2+ years working in high-ticket B2B sales or SDR capacities within financial sectors, coaching, consulting, or upscale advisory services.
• High-Ticket Closing Exposure: Real-world, documented history managing 5-figure deal sizes ($5k-$15k+) and confidently resolving complex value propositions and objections with corporate leaders.
• Time Zone Alignment: Reliable capability to maintain a daily working overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Autonomy & Drive: Exceptional home-office organizational skills, excelling independently without micromanagement while driving results based on production rather than clocked hours.
• CRM Hygiene: Disciplined and organized approach to managing pipelines and follow-up solutions like Close.io or equivalent systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Technological proficiency encompassing Close, Zapier, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
• General curiosity regarding US banking systems, business credit architectures, international business operations, or founder lifestyle design.
• Background experience communicating directly with high-net-worth founders originating from the DACH region.
• Location base in Florida or the flexibility to attend team functions in Miami.

Dealbreakers:

• Junior business development experience limited strictly to high-volume telemarketing call centers.
• Lacking experience talking through five-figure monetary investments with company directors.
• Incapacity to operate during US EST hours or missing native-level German language fluency.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Compensation: Base allowance ranging between $27,500 and $35,000 USD (equivalent to approx. €24,000 - €31,000).
