Renewal Sales Specialist (German speaking)

We are looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team in Belgrade and support customers within the A&G segment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying close to customers, and helping them continue to get value from the products and services they use.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in German
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Previous experience with account renewals
• Experience working with sales targets, objectives, or customer retention goals
• Familiarity with procurement processes
• Proficiency in an additional language, ideally French
• Experience working independently in an international team

What would you be doing in the role?

• Engage with smaller-scale customers to identify renewal and upselling opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide comprehensive support.

• Utilize product knowledge to promote value-added solutions that address customer needs and enhance deal value.

• Sustain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and quality service to ensure ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.

• Support renewal sales planning and contribute to the execution of sales strategies.

• Create and update reports on subscription activities, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and contract status.

• Continuously learn about product offerings to improve renewals sales effectiveness and support overall success.

• Ensure sales and renewal targets are met or exceeded.

• Provide regular renewal opportunity updates and accurate forecasts as required by leadership.

• Utilize all sales tools effectively.

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in the EMEA region. You will report directly to the Senior Team Lead, Renewals Sales.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core working hours aligned to the CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
