Reservation Agent (m/f/d)

German or Italian & English Speaker | Zadar or Varaždin, Croatia

Your Role

As a Reservation Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. Through professional advice, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, you will help create memorable experiences long before our guests arrive.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing incoming reservation requests via phone and email
• Providing professional and timely responses to guest inquiries
• Advising guests on our hotels, services, offers, and promotions
• Maximizing occupancy while achieving the best possible rates
• Maintaining and updating reservation systems and guest information
• Handling daily correspondence with guests and business partners
• Collaborating closely with hotels and internal departments to ensure exceptional service

What We Are Looking For

You enjoy interacting with people from different cultures and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Your Profile

• Fluent English and excellent German or Italian language skills are required
• If you speak both German and Italian, that's a big plus! Additional European language skills are highly appreciated
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, motivation to learn and continuously develop your skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, a proactive, solution-oriented, and team-oriented mindset

What We Offer

Employment Details

• Full-time employment (40 hours per week)
• Fixed-term contract (12 months) with the possibility of permanent employment
• Hybrid working opportunities and flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, depending on operational requirements.
• Workplace: Zadar or Varaždin, Croatia
• Start date: By mutual agreement

Salary & Benefits

Earn up to approximately EUR 1,500 per month through a combination of gross salary and non-taxable benefits.

The package includes:

• EUR 1,185 - 1,300 gross monthly salary
• A minimum of EUR 200 per month in non-taxable benefits and employee awards
• Additional performance-related incentives
• Annual performance bonus of up to one additional monthly salary
