Responsible Gaming Analyst - German speaker

The main objective of your role will be to ensure the utmost care is taken to ensure player safety and compliance with regulatory compliance with regards to Responsible Gaming for the German market.
As a secondary objective, you will assist the AML-team.

The salary offered is up to €35K, negotiable for a highlyexperienced candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with AML/Risk/Complianceteam members
• Act as the primary contact for Responsible Gaming inquiries
• Manage Responsible Gaming cases and internal communication channels
• Monitor player activity and engage with players directly
• Communicatewith players displaying potential risky behaviour
• Compile Responsible Gaming profiles for player accounts
• Follow up on player activities after Responsible Gaming interactions
• Develop and refine Responsible Gaming procedures
• Assist AML & Risk team as and when required

Education, Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills inGerman, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years of working with player support for the German-speaking market (within igaming)
• Min 1 year ofResponsible Gaming-issues being included in daily tasks
• Completed training in responsible gaming
• Knowledgeable about the German regulated market
• Strong empathy and compassion for players
• Previous exposure to/interest in working with AML
• Happy to work in a partly office-basedrole in Malta
