Key responsibilities in your new role

In this 12-month internship, you will support our HRcounterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation,managing requests, and working in collaboration on process improvements.

• Rewards& Benefits Operations: Manage HR requests withinthe scope of Rewards & Benefits for Europe
• Process Improvement: Support process improvements
• Harmonization & Automation: Be involved in harmonizationand automation processes
• StakeholderCollaboration: Communicate with HR partners in Europe

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You have a proactivepersonality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment, and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

• Education:A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similarfield
• DigitalSkills: Good command of MS Office Tools (e.g.,Outlook, Excel)
• HR Tools: Affinity for HR Tools. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Languages: Good command ofEnglish and intermediate level of German (mandatory)
