Your tasks:
• Be the primary contact for supplier and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions
• Process vendor and employee payments accurately and on time
• Audit employee Travel & Expense processes and maintain corporate credit cards
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor account status
• Ensure compliance with tax and local statutory requirements
• Maintain and improve process documentation for S2P activities
• Collaborate with FSC India to secure end-to-end process efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance

Your ideal profile:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in finance & accounting is a plus (shared services environment preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English and German (B2/C1)
• Very good excel commands
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage
