About The Role - Sales Academy Representative (Graduate / First Job Opportunity):

Are you looking to start your career in sales and don't quite know where to begin? This could be a great first step.

We're looking for recent graduates or people starting their first full-time job to join our friendly and international team in Barcelona. No previous sales or SaaS experience is needed because we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This role is about learning, growing, and building confidence over time. You'll work with hotel owners and help them understand how our technology can support their business. At first, you'll focus on learning the basics, and as you grow, you'll take on more responsibility.

You don't need to have all the answers on day one. What matters most is that you're curious, open to learning, and willing to try.

At SiteMinder, we work in the travel technology space and help hotels improve how they run their business. You'll be joining a supportive team where people help each other succeed.

To help you get started, you'll go through a structured training programme. You'll also have a dedicated coach, a buddy, and your team leader to guide you step by step.

What you'll be doing (don't worry, you'll be trained):

• Learning how sales works - You'll be trained step by step on how to speak with customers and understand their needs.
• Helping customers find solutions - You'll talk with hotel owners and learn how our products can help their business.
• Working towards goals - You'll have clear and achievable targets, with support to help you reach them.
• Presenting and communicating - Over time, you'll learn how to explain ideas and present solutions confidently.
• Using simple tools (CRM) - You'll keep track of conversations and activity using our systems (we'll show you how).
• Getting involved in the industry - You may join events or meet customers, with support from your team.

What we're looking for:

• Recent graduate or someone looking for their first job
• Motivated by commercial sales and performance-driven environments
• Fluent in German (C2 level)
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Friendly, curious, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills (or the desire to build them)
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Motivation to grow and try something new
